Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. During high-volume release periods, please allow up to 10 business days for processing and dispatch.

What is your return policy on training apparel?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and used gym accessories are final sale.

Do you ship Kill Crew gear internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country.

How should I care for my graphic hoodies and tees?

To preserve the quality of the prints and fabric, we recommend machine washing cold, inside out, and hanging to dry. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on the graphics.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Our fulfillment team works fast to get your gear out. You can request changes or cancellations within 1 hour of purchase by contacting support. After that, the order is likely already in processing.
